It might seem strange that probably my FAVORITE feature of our home is the foyer/stairway. I think these pictures will show you why...

The completely remodeled upstairs bathroom features a FABULOUS spacious built-in linen closet as well as build-in shelves. It also features a new vanity, light fixture and tub surround. Also it has ceramic tile flooring.

Front Porch

One of my favorite features of this home is the gorgeous covered front porch. We spend mornings there sipping tea as well as evenings sipping wine...

Master Bedroom features hardwood floors and a large front window as well as a side window, providing lots of sunlight!

Large Kitchen features new Granite Tile Countertops, Pergo-style Laminate Flooring and an Island.

Living Room

The living room features an oversized front window that lets in TONS of sunshine! It measures 15'x14.5'. There are beautiful hardwood floors throughout the home.

Gorgeous gas-log fireplace. This fireplace does have a flu, so it can be converted to a wood-burning fireplace if you desire.

Living Room leads into the Dining Room and then into the Spacious Kitchen.

Welcome to our Home!

We are within 5 minutes walking distance to the Waynesburg University campus and parks as well as Bowlby Library. Our house is 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bath and approx. 1,500 square feet, plus a spacious finished third floor attic that is a wonderful, usable space. We can be reached at 627-5080 to schedule an appointment.
